"בעצם" (Be'etzem) הוא ערוץ של סרטוני הסבר קצרים בעברית ב־YouTube, ב־TikTok וב־Instagram. המדיניות הזו חלה על האתר beetzem.com ועל beetzem publisher, כלי פרטי שבו בעל הערוץ מעלה את הסרטונים שלו לערוץ שלו ב־YouTube.

האתר

• האתר בנוי מדפים סטטיים. אין בו חשבונות משתמש, טפסים, עוגיות (cookies) או כלי מעקב ואנליטיקה.
• האתר מתארח ב־Cloudflare. כמו כל שרת, Cloudflare רושם נתונים טכניים על כל בקשה (למשל כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן ושעה) לצורכי אבטחה ותפעול, לפי מדיניות הפרטיות שלו.
• אם תכתבו לנו במייל, נשתמש בכתובת ובתוכן ההודעה רק כדי לענות לכם, ולא נמסור אותם לאף אחד.
• הקישורים לפלטפורמות ולמקורות מובילים לאתרים אחרים, שיש להם מדיניות פרטיות משלהם.

beetzem publisher ו־YouTube API Services

• הכלי משתמש ב־YouTube API Services. הוא רץ רק על המחשב של בעל הערוץ ורק עבור הערוץ שלו. הוא לא מוצע לאחרים ואין לו משתמשים אחרים.
• ההרשאות שהכלי מבקש: העלאת סרטונים (youtube.upload), קריאת פרטי הערוץ (youtube.readonly) ונתוני צפייה מצטברים של הערוץ (yt-analytics.readonly).
• מה עושים עם המידע: מעלים את הסרטונים שלנו עם הכותרת, התיאור וההגדרות שלהם, מוודאים איזה ערוץ מחובר, וקוראים את מספרי הצפיות והמנויים של הסרטונים שלנו כדי לעקוב אחרי הביצועים שלהם.
• הכלי לא ניגש לנתונים של משתמשים אחרים ולא אוסף מידע על צופים מסוימים.
• אסימוני ההרשאה (OAuth) והסטטיסטיקות נשמרים בקבצים על המחשב של בעל הערוץ ובלוח מעקב פרטי. הם לא נמכרים ולא נמסרים לאף אחד.
• אפשר לבטל את הגישה של הכלי בכל רגע, בדף ההרשאות של חשבון Google: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. אחרי ביטול, אסימוני ההרשאה והמידע שהתקבל מה־API נמחקים תוך 7 ימים.
• המידע שמתקבל מ־YouTube כפוף גם למדיניות הפרטיות של Google: policies.google.com/privacy.

Privacy Policy

Be'etzem (בעצם) is a channel of short Hebrew explainer videos on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. This policy covers the website beetzem.com and beetzem publisher, a private tool the channel owner uses to upload the channel's own videos to its own YouTube channel.

The website

• The website is made of static pages. It has no user accounts, forms, cookies, tracking or analytics.
• The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare logs technical data about each request (such as IP address, browser type and time) for security and operations, under its own privacy policy.
• If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply to you, and we do not share them.
• Links to the platforms and to our sources lead to other websites, which have their own privacy policies.

beetzem publisher and YouTube API Services

• The tool uses YouTube API Services. It runs only on the channel owner's computer and only for the owner's channel. It is not offered to anyone else and has no other users.
• Scopes requested: uploading videos (youtube.upload), reading the channel's details (youtube.readonly) and the channel's aggregate analytics (yt-analytics.readonly).
• How the data is used: to upload our own videos with their title, description and settings, to confirm which channel is authorized, and to read view and subscriber counts for our own videos to track how they perform.
• The tool does not access other users' data and does not collect information about individual viewers.
• OAuth tokens and statistics are stored in files on the channel owner's computer and in a private dashboard. They are not sold or shared with anyone.
• You can revoke the tool's access at any time on your Google Account permissions page: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. After access is revoked, the tokens and the data received from the API are deleted within 7 days.
• Data received from YouTube is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
