התנאים האלה חלים על האתר beetzem.com, על הסרטונים של הערוץ "בעצם" ועל הכלי beetzem publisher. השימוש באתר הוא הסכמה להם.
התוכן
- הסרטונים והאתר נועדו להסביר ולהעשיר. הם לא ייעוץ רפואי, משפטי, פיננסי או מקצועי אחר. בשאלות על הבריאות שלכם פנו לאיש מקצוע.
- כל טענה בסרטון נבדקת מול מקורות, והמקורות מפורסמים בעמוד של הפרק. ובכל זאת טעויות אפשריות. מצאתם טעות? כתבו לנו ל־hello@beetzem.com ונבדוק.
- הוויזואל והקריינות נוצרים בעזרת כלי AI. הדמויות בסרטונים הן לא אנשים אמיתיים.
זכויות
הסרטונים, הדמויות, השם והעיצוב שייכים לערוץ "בעצם". מותר לשתף קישורים ולצטט קטעים קצרים עם קרדיט. אסור להעתיק או להפיץ סרטונים שלמים בלי רשות בכתב.
קישורים לאתרים אחרים
האתר מקשר לפלטפורמות ולמקורות חיצוניים. אין לנו שליטה עליהם, והשימוש בהם כפוף לתנאים שלהם.
beetzem publisher
beetzem publisher הוא כלי פרטי שבו בעל הערוץ מעלה את הסרטונים שלו לערוץ שלו ב־YouTube. הוא לא מוצע לשימוש של אחרים. הכלי משתמש ב־YouTube API Services, ולכן השימוש בו כפוף לתנאי השימוש של YouTube ולמדיניות הפרטיות של Google, ומי שמשתמש בו מסכים להם. מה הכלי עושה עם מידע: מדיניות הפרטיות.
אחריות
האתר והתוכן ניתנים כמו שהם (AS IS), בלי התחייבות שיהיו זמינים תמיד או נקיים מטעויות. ככל שהחוק מתיר, אנחנו לא אחראים לנזק שייגרם משימוש בהם.

- Every claim in a video is checked against sources, which are published on the episode's page. Mistakes are still possible. If you find one, email hello@beetzem.com and we will look into it.
- The visuals and narration are made with AI tools. The people in the videos are not real people.
Rights
The videos, characters, name and design belong to the Be'etzem channel. You may share links and quote short excerpts with credit. You may not copy or redistribute whole videos without written permission.

The website links to platforms and to outside sources. We do not control them, and their own terms apply to them.
beetzem publisher
beetzem publisher is a private tool the channel owner uses to upload the channel's own videos to its own YouTube channel. It is not offered for use by anyone else. The tool uses YouTube API Services, so its use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy, and anyone who uses it agrees to be bound by them. Liability
The website and its content are provided as is, without any promise that they will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by using them.
